  1. Make scrolling/moving possible when zoomed in mobile/touch device

    Currently you can zoom in on multitouch devices like iPad and iPhone but you cannot move/navigate the zoomed-in image. Instead, the next or previous page is triggered, which is annoying.

  2. The best image/pdf size for flipgorilla?

    What is the best image resolution or pdf size (in pixel or paper size) for producing the best fit to view flipgorilla document?

  3. Yearly Subsription

    We have made payment today for user id:it.dept@yhi.com.sg (invoice No:1274 - €40.00.) . We would like to know how we can go about make payment for yearly subscription instead of quarterly subscription. Thank you.

  4. Enterprise Starter

    You guys should offer an enterprise starter. I would love to have some of the features of enterprise, but don't need that many pages or cannot afford that much of a quarterly payment + Set-Up.

  6. Modification of the existing publication

    Hi,

    I see that we just can edit but not modify the files uploaded.
    For all modification, we should create a new publication and we lose the previous link. It means that all people who received our initial link, will not able to connect on the last files, except if they are informed abou the last publication....

    Is it a payable option? .....

  7. weblinks in documents

    @support: my pdf contained a clickable weblink, on conversion this funtion was lost. Is this funktion not suprted or did I ignore secific requrements?

  8. Cusomize Options

    I think background colours and button colours should be customizable to all levels/plans.
    Realistically, its a feature that all users should have access to, not just the top level plans.

    If you want to display lots of brochures/pages, then you should use the higher level plans.

    If like me, you only wish to display a lower number of brochures/pages, then we shouldn't have to buy the higher plan just to be able to change the background colour of the brochure.

  10. Link to Individual Pages

    My client would like to be able to have their own text index that the user clicks on in order to go directly to a page within the flipbook.

    Could we have some kind of JavaScript/DOM implementation to achieve this? It shouldn't be too difficult :)

  11. Fallback for non compatible browsers

    Hi FlipGorilla.

    I am just wondering if an older browser visits my web page with a FlipGorilla flipbook embedded on it and the browser is not html5 compatible will it fall back to something like flash or similar and still be viewable?

  13. Edit existing publication (upload new document)

    Make it possible to edit existing publication, where I want to upload af new version of the document. Right now I have to delete the existing one af upload a new... which also gives the publication a new ID.

  14. Customize buttons

    Make it possible to hide the download button for publications.. and perhaps add zoom ind/zoom out button?
    It seems to you only can zoom on desktop when you have mouse scrollwheel.. the first thing seems to be working on..

  16. Ability to go back to earlier pages.

    Need to be able to go back in document. Currently can only go forward. What if the reader wants to review something that was read earlier in the document?

    Hi,
    the back button should become visible on the left side of the document until you flip over to the second page.
    If you are using a tablet or a device with touchscreen support you can also swipe back and forward in the document.

    Maybe you can send us a link to your publication and information about the device you encounterd the problem so we can check if there is something wrong with it.
