sign up that still does not work
Sign up does not work and does not recognize credentials. Can you fix this and mark. Noticed that previous users have had same issues and have posted issues but I see no response from yourselves?

Did you get a confirmation mail and clicked the link in that mail to activate your account?
(please, look also in your spam folder for that mail)If the problem still exists after you activated your account by clicking the link in the confirmation mail (or you have already done that), please send us a screenshot from the error message you get displayed and inform us about the operating system and the browser which you use.
