Subscription, cancellation, upgrade & downgrade of plans
When you subscribe to a plan exceeding the free pages you enter into a subscription contract for 1 quarter of a year (3 months).
Payment will be made via credit card, using the Recurly.com recurring payment service and the secure Wirecard payment interface.
Unless you cancel your subscription within the active period it will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
If you cancel your subscription your plan will remain active until the end of the subscription period.
At the end of the subscription period your account will automatically be converted into a free account and all publications exceeding the free pages will be deleted (starting with the oldest).
So please take care to delete unnecessary publications above the limit of the new plan before the end of the subscription period.
If you downgrade your plan the current plan will remain active until the end of the subscription period.
At the end of the subscription period your account will be automatically downgraded to the plan you selected and all publications exceeding the limits of the selected plan will be deleted (starting with the oldest). So please take care to delete unnecessary publications above the limit of the new plan before the end of the subscription period.
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
In this case you start a new quarterly subscription and the price of the unused portion of your current subscription will be deducted from the first payable amount.
If we cannot charge your credit card on the due date of the recurring payment your account will be transferred into a free account and all publications exceeding the free 100 pages will automatically be deleted (starting with the oldest).
